Lewis Tice has been involved in the independent film business for over ten years. He is dedicated to providing support to all forms of creative expression including but not limited to film, theater, and music.
He has worked at over twenty film festivals including Sundance Film Festival, Chicago International Film Festival and Frameline: San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival specializing in publicity and marketing. He served as film programmer at the Philadelphia International Film Festival and QFest Philadelphia for several years.
Lewis has also spearheaded, launched and guided many films to success including popular titles such as ‘Latter Days,’ ‘Another Gay Movie’ and ‘Mysterious Skin’ for TLA Releasing. Recently, he shepherd the release of the controversial, UK-banned ‘The Bunny Game’ through Autonomy Pictures, a genre-devoted distribution company owned by Derek Curl.
He has produced several feature films ( ’BearCity,’ ‘Longhorns,’ Blood for Irina’) and has several projects in development. Whether its film distribution, producing and even a friendly “hello” at a film festival, he thrives to be an accessible and passionate ally for your projects.
